Botanical Garden of Vilnius University was founded (now - Old Town Courtyard, Pilies St. 22, Vilnius).

1799

Botanical Garden of Vilnius University was moved to Sereikiškės.

1919

Botanical Garden of Vilnius University (Steponas Batoras University) was established in Vingis, on the lower terrace of Neris

1923

Botanical Garden of the University of Lithuania (later Vytautas Magnus University) was founded in Kaunas.

1974

Botanical Garden of Vilnius University was started to develop in Kairėnai.

1993

Botanical Garden of Klaipėda University was founded.

1997

Botanical Garden of Šiauliai University was founded.

2005

LUBSA (Association of Botanical gardens of Lithuanian Universities) was established
