Educational activities presented at the International Conference

On October 18 representatives of the Botanical Garden of Vytautas Magnus University participated in the international conference The Educational Space and Education Process. The event was organized at the Botanical Garden of Vilnius University (VU). Educational activities of the VMU Botanical Garden were presented with a stand representing the informal children’s educational activities.

It is already the 6th international conference, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science, organized by the Lithuanian Students’ Non-formal Education Center and VU Botanical Garden.

The best experience of Lithuanian educational institutions in creating educational spaces and applying them to formal and informal education of children were introduced in oral and stencil reports.

Marta Galvez, a spokeswoman for the Valencia Alcalá de Henares University, shared the experience of developing Spanish educational spaces.
